Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Tee Mockup AI collects when you use tshirtmockupai.com, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we keep only what we need to make your mockups, and we delete your files after 30 days.

What we collect

  • Your design files and mockups. Stored privately in cloud storage (Vercel Blob, United States) under unguessable keys, so we can make and show your mockups. Deleted automatically after 30 days.
  • Your email, if you give it to us for a free download, bonus mockups, a purchase receipt or a contact message.
  • A session cookie ("sid") that remembers your mockups and credit balance on this browser. It is required for the service to work.
  • Usage events, such as "upload started" or "mockup downloaded", with no email, file or image addresses attached, to understand what works.
  • Abuse protection: a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limits and the free daily allowance, and, when enabled, a Cloudflare Turnstile bot check.

What we do not do

  • We never use your designs or mockups to train AI models.
  • We never send your design file to the AI image service; it only receives a blank garment image.
  • We do not sell your personal information or show third-party ads.

Service providers

We use providers to run the service: Vercel (hosting and storage, US), an AI image generation provider (receives blank garment images and an anonymous user id only), Stripe (payments; we never see your card number), an email provider for sign-in links and receipts, and an analytics provider. Each processes data only on our instructions.

How long we keep things

  • Designs and mockups: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
  • Email and purchase records: as long as you have credits or as required for tax and accounting.

Your rights

Wherever you live, including the UK, Canada, Australia and US states with privacy laws, you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it sooner. Email hello@tshirtmockupai.com and we will reply within 1 business day and act within 30 days.

Children

The service is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
