Acceptable Use Policy

Tee Mockup AI is for showing your own designs on apparel. To keep it that way, you may not upload, create or use mockups that:

• Infringe someone else's rights: trademarks, brand logos, sports team marks, characters, fan art you are not licensed to sell, or other people's artwork or photos.
• Promote hate or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or similar characteristics.
• Contain sexual content or nudity.
• Depict minors in any sexual or exploitative way. This is never allowed and will be reported.
• Glorify graphic violence, terrorism or self-harm.
• Mislead buyers, for example by showing a garment, color or print quality you do not actually sell.
• Impersonate a real person or suggest a real person endorses your product.

You also may not try to get around free limits, rate limits or bot checks, scrape the service, or attack it.

What happens if a rule is broken

We may refuse to process a design, delete mockups, and block access. Credits used on content that breaks these rules are not refunded.
